​​Bell West is a Junior, (class of 2025) editor in chief, and student in Journalism II. She has a keen interest in reading, writing, and reporting. She enjoys connecting with her peers and friends through many different mediums including being a member of the Glenelg Color Guard and as a player for the Varsity Volleyball Team. She hopes to continue to expand her knowledge of reading and writing, and publication this  year with The Shield, this time as an editor. West says she hopes to write pieces that will highlight important and interesting topics both in and out of the Colosseum. West is excited for a brand new year and she hopes the readers are aswell!
