​​Bell West is a Sophomore (class of 2025) taking Journalism I here at Glenelg High School. She has a keen interest in reading, writing and reporting. She enjoys connecting with her peers and friends through many different mediums including being a member of the Glenelg Color Guard and a libero for the JV Volleyball Team. She hopes to expand her knowledge of reading and writing through her year with The Shield. West says she hopes to write pieces that will highlight important and interesting topics both in and out of the Colossium. West is excited for a brand new year and she hopes the readers are aswell!
