As the warmth of summer is swept away by autumn winds, people's minds shift from summer sun to fall fun. Halloween is rapidly approaching and people are preparing by decorating their houses and purchasing pounds of candy. It is set to have an initial release date on October 12, 2018, and Blackout will be included in that purchase.

However, the game ratings and players argue that 2K has fallen off the last three years as the developers have failed to listen to their community in fixing gameplay and frequent updates.
