Subnautica Subnautica, a game that is known to most videogame connoisseurs and veterans as one of the best survival/exploration games. It has some of the most beautiful art and is masterfully made. The storyline is mysterious yet gives people a sense of control. While playing through the game, getting rarer materials and better blueprints, building bases and high tech vehicles and pieces of equipment are a must. Keeping small cute-ish creatures in your base is just one of several amazing decor features. Progressing through the vibrant underwater world allows you to meet new creatures and explore new places. While most of the creatures are passive, some are mean and like to attack people, namely you. There are several creatures like this but are rarer in the normal biomes and really only appear once you venture out into the world or once you decide to explore the oceans floor and the caves beneath. Leviathans, sand sharks, ampeels, crabsnakes, warpers and ghost leviathans are only a few of the aggressive creatures in the game. Despite there being so many scary and aggressive creatures, Subnautica has its fair share of passive creatures that will not bother you. Crimson rays, cuttlefish, gasopods, jellyrays, amoeboids and several others are all passive creatures that can be found as eggs and placed in your fish tank inside your base. As most of the passive creatures are bigger than a fish tank, once outside of the egg they do not grow if placed in a fish tank this preserves their babyish and cuddly features. When finished with the first game you can play Subnautica: Below Zero, the second game, and a game that is just as good. It brings new animals and new fauna to life. The storyline is just as good and maybe even better than the first game. While exploring a new frozen planet you find a secret that was not meant to be touched. Uncovering secrets and treasures are only a part of the new adventure, delve deep into the world and uncover things that haven't been touched for centuries. After completing both games, the only thing to do is wait because, although promises and ideas have been thought of and made, there is no third game although people are still begging for more. Personally, I can’t wait for Unknown Worlds Entertainment to produce a new game to add to the Subnautica Franchise. Destiny 2 When Season of the Lost began Aug. 1, it signaled the start of the longest Halloween event in Destiny history. The Festival of the Lost, which began Oct. 12, heralded the start of new memories and the resurrection of old ones. Talking to Eva or the Spooky Grandma is the start of all events in Destiny 2, signaling the event to start and Eva Levante appeared in the tower.
This allowed guardians to start collecting candy and doing quests to gain rewards where now the Headless ones are the main antagonists of the new Festival of the Lost event. And now the monsters that the guardians are summoned to defeat, collect candy and earn spectral pages which can boost loot rarity. The new armor set is based on dinosaurs and looks amazing, as a veteran guardian I have seen many seasons and armor sets in my time. Although I was hoping for a more spooky and deathly armor set like the taken ornaments from Destiny this has been a pleasant surprise. While the armor is good it comes with its own unique shader obtainable only through this season's events. The shader is a more sought after piece of loot for it can be applied to any other piece of gear. The weapons were introduced and brought back two older weapons from the last seasons of the losts and also brought a new weapon to light. The Braytech Werewolf and the Horror Story were both brought back to Destiny 2 after being lost to time after last Halloween ended. The new Jurassic Green pulse rifle was also brought into the game, as a rapid fire frame it has a 540 rpm. The pvp god roll for the gun is Smallbore, Ricochet Rounds, Rangefinder, Multikillclip with a Range Masterwork and the Counterbalance stock mod. While the pve god roll is Smallbore, Ricochet Rounds, Subsistence, Frenzy with a Range Masterwork and the Counterbalance stock mod. Although there can be other personal god rolls these are the god rolls provided and voted on by the Destiny 2 community. Although I have yet to obtain a decent role, grinding and getting lucky are the only things I am able to do. As I loved Claws of the Wolf, Jurassic Green’s predecessor in great rapid fire pulse rifles. I believe that I will be taking Jurassic Green into several crucible matches and it may even see the depths of trials which can be likened to hell, as a gamemode. The Trials of Osiris, is a gamemode which comes around every week and can be played Friday to Tuesday. It is a place for the best of the best crucible players to compete and win to get incredible prizes found nowhere else. This year instead of the Haunted Forest the Haunted lost sectors are the main activities. You matchmake or go in with a fireteam of three either way you will go run through the lost sectors clearing it out. Then Glint, the resident spooky ghost, will tell you the story of the headless ones. I for one wanted the Haunted Forest back because memories had been made in the place of death and spookiness and every Halloween event since the birth of Destiny has had a Haunted Forest of some sort. The change was welcome, but for some the Haunted Lost Sectors can never replace what the Haunted Forest gave some of the veterans. After summoning your first headless one, you will kill it, collect the candy that is dropped and continue to rinse and repeat. After summoning and killing the headless ones 10 times you will summon the final boss. The boss has 2 parts of its health bar for its two phases of damage. The first phase is straightforward and is just damaging the boss. But the second bar is where the mechanic comes into place. You will need to summon and then kill a headless one, instead of dropping the usual 5-6 pieces of candy it will drop three exploding pumpkins you will have to throw these at the boss to break its shield. After doing this you may kill it and collect your final loot. Farming and collecting things for the Season of the Lost is the easiest thing in the world as of right now. Farming thrallway cp (the second one) is the easiest way to get massive amounts of candy without much effort. As a titan you can use the Phoenix Cradle exotic boots to make your sunspots last longer. The super you use is the solar subclass, bottom tree. This allows you to kill one enemy in a corner and then stand in said corner. Doing this will attract the other enemies to you but because of the sunspots the enemies will die constantly. The only thing you have to worry about with this afk farm is getting booted to orbit for being afk. The only way to farm spectral pages is to complete activities. There are two known ways to easily farm spectral pages: the first one requires you have completed the Forsaken campaign and you must use the Cryptolith Lure after starting the leader must not move but needs to reset the Cryptolith Lure. The other two people in the fireteam must go and kill the boss as normal then the leader must get out of the activity and do the exact same thing again if the leader moves at all in the activity the farm will not work. The second way to farm spectral pages is to do the Haunted Lost Sectors normally until you get to the part where you summon the boss. Instead of picking up the exploding pumpkins like normal you leave them and continue to kill headless ones because the mechanic with the pumpkins have not been started headless ones will keep spawning infinitely thus you are able to get the max number of spectral pages at one time instead of doing several of the activities.
